With over 20 years of experience supporting children, parents, and families, I help people navigate the emotionally overwhelming chapters of family life with more calm, clarity, and connection.
My background in psychology, child development, communication, mediation, and coaching allows me to support families through a wide range of experiences, including parenting challenges, family transitions, emotional overwhelm, separation, and end-of-life journeys.
In a world where families often feel pressure to do more, know more, and manage everything perfectly, my approach brings things back to basics, focusing on simple, practical, relationship-centred support that families can realistically use in everyday life.
Whether supporting parents through difficult seasons, helping children adjust to change, or guiding families through grief, aging, and legacy conversations, I help families slow things down, better understand what is happening underneath behaviours and emotions, and create calmer, more connected ways of moving forward.
I believe families don’t need more judgment, pressure, or overwhelming advice, they need understanding, practical guidance, and a space where they feel supported. Creating a calm, welcoming environment where people feel safe to reflect, communicate, and grow with confidence is at the heart of my work.
